Refund policy

At Karma Flow, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day return policy for all our print-on-demand products, allowing you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by Karma Flow and must be paid by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will send you a return authorization and detailed instructions on where to send the returned items.

  3. Ship the Product: Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and labels. Address the package to the return address provided in our return authorization.

  4. Provide Shipping Details: After shipping your return, please provide us with the tracking number. The responsibility for the returned item remains with you until it reaches us.

Refund Processing
Upon receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products (unless they are defective or damaged). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
